1.2 Design Tool

Our personalised design tool is there to help you design exactly what you want. Take some time to ensure your prints are in the position and at the size you’re after as this is what you’ll be receiving.

We may make suggestions on how to improve your artwork to provide the best print result possible, however it is up to you, the customer, to adhere to our artwork guidelines to supply print-ready artwork.

2.0 Turnaround Time

Luckily for you, our large print facility allows us to hold a lot our stock in-house. Any in-stock item (marked with an orange sticker) will be dispatched within 3-5 business days from the time that you approve your artwork.

Any item we don’t keep in our warehouse we will order in for you. All on request items will be dispatched within 7-10 days from the time that you approve your artwork.

If you need your items in a hurry, add the rush printing service to your order at checkout and we’ll have your items printed ASAP. Rush orders placed before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day, or available for collection from our facility in Kedron, usually after 2pm. Orders placed after the midday deadline will be shipped out or ready for collection the following business day. A fee of $10 per item is applied to rush orders and the service is only applicable to in stock items marked with fast track. Rush only applies to printing and not shipping, but you can choose Express shipping at checkout.

As the biggest DTG print facility in Australia we pride ourselves on our unmatched production times. However, sometimes it’s not always in our hands and (though unlikely) unforeseen circumstances may prevent us from fulfilling your order as quickly as anticipated. T-Shirt Co is not responsible for missing deadlines due to vendor shortages and errors, or shipping errors (undelivered and lost packages are the responsibility of AusPost, please contact them with your tracking number to resolve this).

2.1 Item out of stock

While we try our best to keep all of our information up to date, sometimes we experience stock issues with our suppliers. If a garment is out of stock, it may be automatically substituted for another similar product. Customers may also be notified via email, and offered the choice of the following options:

  • Wait for the item(s) to come back in stock
  • Choose another garment of equal value
    • Should a customer wish to choose a replacement garment of lesser value, this will be refunded to the customer. If they choose a garment of greater value, they will need to pay the additional cost before the order can proceed.
  • Cancel the affected garment(s) from the order for a refund or store credit
    • If the order contains in stock items and the customer chooses to cancel the whole order, the above cancellation conditions apply.
