Refund policy
At T-Shirt Co, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1.0 General Policy
Every effort has been made to provide comprehensive information about each product on our website, including print methods and results. We do not offer refunds, credits, or replacements for:
- Change of mind
- Artwork errors in customer-provided graphics
- Incorrect size selection
- Damage due to incorrect garment care
- Stains or marks that have occurred during the production process and can be washed out by the customer
- Colour differences across different brands and styles of products
- Choice of garment
- Missed deadlines
- Failed delivery due to incorrect address supplied, or failure to collect your order in a timely manner.
In the rare occasion you receive an incorrect item or faulty print, or you have purchased transit cover and wish to make a claim, refunds and replacements will not be accepted after 30 days from the receipt of purchase. Refunds are processed by our accounts team only on Fridays.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of artwork, sizes, quantities, names, spelling, and addresses before placing an order. We may contact you to make suggestions or recommendations if we notice your artwork will not achieve a suitable print result. Any cancellations at this moment will be subject to the conditions below.
2.0 Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled after entering production or if on-request items have been ordered.
- Customers may receive a store credit or a refund for orders cancelled before production. This is at our discretion, not customer preference.
- For refunds due to cancellation, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted.
3.0 Faulty Products
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty print or garment, please contact us at info@thetshirtco.com.au within 30 days of purchase.
- Include the following details in your email:
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Details of the issue
- Photograph of the print issue, fault, or damage.
- Please allow 2 business days to receive your response from our team.
- We may require you to return the items before issuing a replacement or refund.
- T-Shirt Co reserves the right to determine whether a product is damaged or faulty and may conduct a production and quality check if necessary. In the instance of a faulty item, we will expedite the shipment of a replacement item.
4.0 Out of Stock
If a garment is out of stock, it may be automatically substituted for another similar product. Customers may also be notified via email, and offered the choice of the following options:
- Wait for the item(s) to come back in stock
- Choose another garment of equal value
- Should a customer wish to choose a replacement garment of lesser value, this will be refunded to the customer. If they choose a garment of greater value, they will need to pay the additional cost before the order can proceed.
- Cancel the affected garment(s) from the order for a refund or store credit
- If the order contains in stock items and the customer chooses to cancel the whole order, the above cancellation conditions apply.
