The postal network is extremely busy this time of year, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Always allow as much time as possible to order before the holidays.

• On request standard on or before 12/12, with express or pick up 14/12
• In stock standard on or before 15/12, with express or pick up 17/12
• RUSH standard on or before 22/12, with express or pick up 23/12

NSW, ACT, VIC & SA

• On request items with standard shipping on or before 10/12, with express 14/12
• In stock with standard shipping on or before 15/12, with express 17/12
• RUSH with standard on or before 19/12, with express 23/12

NT & NZ

• On request with standard shipping on or before 3/12, with express 12/12 (NT only)
• In stock with standard shipping on or before 5/12, with express 16/12 (NT only)

WA & TAS

Please allow extra time when shipping to regional and remote destinations.

Orders will still be fulfilled during our office closure, as we will have skeleton production staff printing throughout the holiday period. On request items may take longer to fulfil due to supplier and courier closures. RUSH printing and pick-up will NOT be available between December 24 and January 6 (inclusive). Please keep this in mind when placing any orders during this period.
