Shipping Options

  • Standard Post

    Standard post generally arrives within 3-5 business days in metro areas. See the table below for delivery times based on your city or region.

  • Express Post

    The fastest shipping option for when you need your items urgently. Within most metro areas, express post will arrive next business day. See the table below for delivery times based on your location. 

  • International Shipping

    We currently only ship to Australia and New Zealand.

  • FREE Pick-up (Brisbane)

    Pick up is available from our office Monday to Friday. We will email you when your order is ready for collection, and you have 30 days to pick up. 

    Collect your order from our offices during opening hours at 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron Qld Australia 4031.

Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse or packaged up for pick-up, you'll be notified via email.

We are not responsible for any delays within the Australia Post network, if you find your parcel has been delayed or lost please contact Australia Post support.

Calculating your shipping price

We use live rates from Australia Post, so shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping starts at $9.70 for standard post to metro areas up to 500g, and is free on orders over $500 (metro postcodes only, standard post).

Free shipping

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $500, being delivered to metro postcodes. For a complete list of included postcodes click here.
