What Is RUSH?

Rush printing prioritises your order for same-day production when ordered before midday on a business day. It does not affect delivery times.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can order from just one item.

How much does RUSH cost?

RUSH adds $10 per item to all items in your order. Got items that don't need to be rushed? Put them on a separate order. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Rush orders can be collected from our Kedron office once production is complete. You'll receive an email notification when your order is ready.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes. When combined with express shipping, rush orders typically arrive the next business day in most Australian metro locations. 

Can you print on customer-supplied garments?

No. We only print on products purchased through our website, that are tired and tested for quality.

What happens if I order after midday?

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be prioritised for the next business day.
