T-Shirt Design Guide
Please note: The t-shirt design tool is for rough size and position only. We will ensure designs are printed in the best position for the garment you have chosen. If you have any special instructions please add comments to your order at checkout.
For best results make sure your artwork is uploaded in the best possible format. Ideally a 200 to 300dpi file saved as PNG or JPG. Use PNG file format for artwork with transparency. You must have rights to use the images you provide and it's your responsibility to upload high resolution artwork for the best print result.
How do I reuse a design from a previous order?
To reuse a design you’ve previously created, login with your account details. Choose any blank product, on right above price CLICK HERE TO DESIGN. In the design window on the lower left select LOAD, then locate your previously saved artwork.
How can I buy multiple t-shirts with the same design?
When you press Buy Now in the design tool you are asked to save your design. On the product page select size, colour, quantity then add to cart. Now stay on the product page and select a different size/colour before adding to cart and proceeding to checkout.
How long does the print last?
Using industrial quality inks, the print will last over 50 washes if you follow the guidelines below.
How do I wash a garment with digital printing?
For best results, give it to your mum. Otherwise, follow these instructions... Use cold wash. Line dry inside out. Avoid harsh detergents, tumble drying & ironing. Wash before wearing.
How is the artwork positioned on the garment?
We use your design as a guide and position the artwork where it will look best for the shirt style and size you have chosen.
What is the artwork print size?
Artwork will be sized for the best result depending on artwork quality and chosen garment. Standard print sizes are: Front 25cm wide, Back 30cm wide, Chest 9cm wide. The maximum print size for men's tees is 40cm wide x 50cm high. If you have special instructions please add comments when placing order.
How do I save print ready artwork from Illustrator?
Make sure you’re artwork is at final print size. Fit artboard to edges of artwork. Go to File, then Export. Save as PNG, using your selected artboard. PNG Options: Resolution high 300dpi, Anti-aliasing none, Background colour transparent.
How do I save print ready artwork from Photoshop?
In Photoshop ensure your artwork is at 300dpi resolution at finished print size with a transparent background. 'Save as' PNG. PNG Options: Use compression, Anti-aliasing none.
How much does delivery cost?
Within Australia: $8.50 flat rate delivery, FREE for orders over $100 or FREE pickup from Eagle Farm, Brisbane. For other locations see Delivery Info.
How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 7 to 10 days for an order to be printed and delivered. Add a few more days if you are in a remote area. If you has chosen the local pickup option, allow 7 days – we will contact you when the order is ready!
Do you offer discounts on larger orders?
Yes, for orders of 30 or more we are happy to provide you with a quantity discount. Simply Contact Us for more info!
